  2. Yes that’s generally true here but this is not a UAE plate, it’s from Saudi. I don’t know if the same is true there.

  3. Wow….I never understood what people saw in expensive cars until I saw that photo of the Bugatti…….Perhaps if I go on about that to DH, he might be happy to indulge my (relatively cheaper!) penchant for handbags!
