Window key
There’s been a lot in the news lately about children falling from high-rise buildings. Some parents, it seems, don’t realise that if you leave a piece of furniture next to a window that can be opened, a bored child will climb onto that piece of furniture, will open the window and will quite possibly fall out.
Very sad.
And after all these children’s deaths come some recommendations from the government: Get window locks, don’t leave small children alone in high-rise buildings, use your common sense.
It was with all this in mind, I think, that DH sent me two pictures from the high-rise hotel he’s staying at in Mumbai at the moment.
I suppose it’s one way to keep your children safe.
